Kansas City. Two kids. A garage full of projects.

I started in industrial/organizational psychology and human factors — which means I've always cared less about how interfaces look and more about why people do what they do, and what a business can build around that truth.

A decade later, that lens has carried me from usability labs to executive readouts for $4B business units. The through-line: listen hard, connect experience to value, and stay hands-on enough to know what's real. I'm the strategist who still opens the IDE — lately with AI agents doing the heavy lifting.

Off the clock I'm a dad of two, a tinkerer, and happiest when something mechanical is partially disassembled in the garage.
